What happens when I have accepted the development effort and what is expected of me and Mindit?

In a relatively complex and above all important purchase like this, it can be reassuring to know what will happen specifically and what will be required of you in terms of time.
We have a well-proven and effective process that ensures that the effort is effective. The advantage is that it works well and that it will not be particularly time-consuming for you.
Here's what the startup process looks like in five steps:

Step 1 – Decision
Once you have made the decision to lift your team with us, you will receive an order confirmation to sign. It will take you about three minutes to read through and sign.

Step 2 – Kick-off meeting
Once you have signed the order confirmation, we will schedule a kick-off meeting, which is a meeting with the trainer. The purpose of the meeting is to start up and plan the project. The meeting will take you about an hour and the follow-up tasks for you will be about 30 minutes.

Step 3 – Pre-study
After the kick-off meeting, we conduct a preliminary study, where we learn more about you. All with the aim of being able to design a training program that is relevant and makes a difference. In the kick-off meeting, it is decided who will be interviewed and if you are one of them, it means a time investment of about an hour for you.

Step 4 – Feasibility study report
After the feasibility study has been completed, the trainer reports what he or she has seen and how it affects the training effort. Here we clarify the objectives and, if necessary, correct the content to achieve the set goals. The meeting usually takes 1 hour of your time.

Step 5 – Start of training effort
After the feedback from the feasibility study, the trainer designs the training program. Before the first training session, an invitation is sent with any prerequisites. We can suggest a text for the invitation and suggestions for prerequisites that you can approve. This should take a maximum of 10 minutes of your time.
