– Yes, we have been successful in recent years and have managed to attract many different customer categories. We have also developed our brand a lot and think we have found a good mix between qualified sales work and good marketing communication with our customers and potential customers.

Developed model for agents and customers

– We have developed a model that is easy for our agents and customers to follow. We call it “Our way of selling houses”, it is our own sales process for selling houses, which we have developed together with Mindit over a few years. This is so that we can explain to our selling agents in a simple and clear way how to best help the customer throughout the entire customer journey. And perhaps especially also initially during the first part of the customer journey.

Do you also work internally with sales development?

– Yes, we work with sales training regularly, especially during our conferences which we usually have twice a year.

And how does it work?

– It works well, I feel that there is a great interest in constantly improving and getting better and better, and I think it is incredibly important that you try to take steps constantly in development and get a little better in everything you do. It can often be the case that if you get a little better in many different areas, it will have a big effect in the long term.

Took own initiative for sales training

– A few years ago, I identified that we needed some help and support in developing a streamlined and good sales process for our salespeople. In connection with that, I came into contact with Mindit, who offered a very good concept for developing it.

And how has the collaboration with Mindit gone?

– It has been a fantastically interesting and rewarding job. Mindit and I drew up guidelines for the plan. I then involved our regional managers for participation in the work. Then we brought this out to the sales force in connection with a kickoff that we had, and then we started the work about a couple of years ago. We worked out this entire concept together with our salespeople.

What is the advantage of getting help from an external partner in sales training?

I think the biggest advantage is that together we see things that you don't really have the ability to do yourself when you're in the middle of a business. You open your eyes a little bit and get input from a different direction. Input where that person or that company does an analysis and goes through and looks at what it looks like.
