What is Insights Discovery?

It is based on Carl Jung's psychological theories and is presented through a simple model with four colors: Fire Red, Sunshine Yellow, Forest Green and Ocean Blue. Each color represents different behavioral preferences.
For example, fiery red can stand for drive and determination, sunny yellow for energy and social ability, forest green for consideration and stability, and ocean blue for analysis and structure.
Everyone has all the colors inside them, but we tend to lean more towards some than others. By understanding your own color profile, and that of others, you gain a common language for communication and collaboration.
